Screws are the primary fasteners in mechanical equipment, and hex keys (Allen wrenches) are essential tools for processing, production, and maintenance in the machinery industry. This project represents a revolution in traditional wrench tools. Based on the different materials of hex keys, corresponding surface treatment requirements are proposed.
.Bright Chromium: As shiny as a mirror.
.Satin Chromium: Matte finish.
.Electrophoresis: Black with a certain degree of brightness. It involves applying an external direct current to cause charged particles to move directionally in a dispersed medium towards the cathode or anode, promoting the separation of substances.
.Phosphating: Black but with a dull shine. It involves immersing the material in a phosphating solution, where a layer of insoluble crystalline phosphorus deposits on the surface, a process involving the conversion of hydrochloric acid.
.Gray Nickel: A brand-new surface treatment method with strong rust prevention capabilities, which increases the service life of the product.
.Other treatments include blackening, nickel-iron alloy, pearl nickel, black nickel, and titanium plating.
