Purpose of Explosion-proof Hex Keys: Specifically designed for tightening or removing round nuts on machine tools, vehicles, and mechanical equipment.
After forming, the explosion-proof hex keys undergo high-temperature bluing treatment in a solution with high concentrations of sodium hydroxide and sodium nitrite at a temperature above 140 degrees Celsius. This process forms a dense oxide film (Fe2O3 and Fe3O4) on the surface of the steel parts. Different steels will exhibit different color shades, which are unrelated to roughness. The bluing film is not corrosion-resistant, so after bluing, the tools must be immersed in rust-preventive oil for treatment.
The beryllium bronze material used for the striking fixed hex keys, after processing, can achieve a tensile strength of over 35 degrees, and this material is both explosion-proof and anti-magnetic. Aluminum bronze alloy products can achieve a tensile strength of over 25 degrees. Based on the different needs of our customers, we can meet their requirements for striking fixed hex keys. We produce striking fixed hex keys using aluminum bronze alloy and beryllium bronze alloy as raw materials, which undergo multiple processing steps. There are various surface treatments available for customers to choose from for explosion-proof tools, including natural color and electrostatic spray coating.
